"If it’s fresh it’s Goood!!! The one on 86th should have stayed where they where they moved next to Five guys and I can’t stand them so the atmosphere is terrible I don’t like the building either but the pizza was alright just not the same!"

"$32 for an xl 2 topping with bread sticks and a 2 liter. Pizza was cold. You could tell they used store bought shredded "some kind of cheese" instead of their signature provolone slices. I won't be going back. Waste of money, taste worst than frozen pizza."

"I've been getting Pizza from here for a long time. It's been a while since I ordered. I made a delivery order for today late afternoon and it took an hour which wasnt too bad but, my pizza was dry and cool. Disappointing :( I was really looking forward to it. Where's the cheese? Also, I communicated to the person taking the order to have delivery driver text or call because the apartment is locked. Twice this person said, oh ok I'll put it on the ticket so she'll know. They didn't. Hope things get better soon."

"Haven’t ordered from Jacks in a long time, decided to give it a try Friday night and was fairly disappointed. The crust was hard, there wasn’t enough cheese to cover the entirety of the x-large pizza nor were the toppings loaded on. My Son loves pizza and opted out of eating it because he didn’t like it. I however, did eat a few slices due to not being able to leave the house to get anything else. If I could’ve returned to this location for a refund, I would’ve. At pick up Customer service was great and they were friendly, reasoning for the 2 stars. Pizza just wasn’t what I remember Jacks being."

"Not only was the new manager friendly and professional, she is excited to get more traffic into the store. I ordered a 7” Big Jack for lunch (4 pcs) and it was amazing! Hot, fresh and ready when I got there! If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it!"
