"I don't agree with their selling practices they forced me into a car I didn't want and I didn't even have the car for over a year and my engine went out. When I took the car to them to find out what was wrong with it they told me that they don't know and they don't have any mechanics even though they have worked on my car before. So I feel like they knew it was the engine but they just didn't want to deal with me with it. I don't recommend this place to anybody multiple other people that I know have gotten cars from there and they've had major problems. They sell lemons and I'm pretty sure they know it how could they not"

"Do not, under any circumstances buy a car from them. Their vehicles are over priced and very, very faulty. I should have know I was getting a bad deal because while signing the contract, Devin was very shaky and very nervous.. I purchased a vehicle from them three years ago at the price tag of 8k. I did payments on the car as it was my very first car, freshly graduated out of high school. I had it for less then 3 months and the car needed a whole new engine replacement along with many other problems. The car had a warranty, but they refused to help pay for any of the costs. Needless to say, I ended up paying 11k+ for a 2003 vehicle.. If I could give a negative rate, I would. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and out of pocket expenses and look elsewhere!"

"My husband and I bought a used minivan from Bear's in May. We worked with Jay and Devin on the deal and they were awesome! They worked together to make sure that the car we purchased was in wonderful working condition (insisting on fixing the couple bugs it had) and even throwing in some extras! Devin made sure that the process of fixing the van didn't interfere with our busy schedule and worked with us to get it all squared away. They were honest, fair, flexible, and wanted to make sure they did what was right. I have purchased a few cars in my day and have never felt as confident in my decision. I would and have recommended Bear's to friends and family."
