"I always like Arby's. We had the Classic roast beef, Reuben and jalapeno poppers. All served hot and fast. The staff member who took our order was very efficient and personable."
"They do a great job the food was delicious,it was nice and hot when it came out! They are really kind I’d suggest going there because the service was great!"
"We decided to try their $1 Special during their 2-5 happy hour. Very pleased with the sliders, shakes, chicken nuggets and fries. Fast service and Hot Food"
"If I could, it wouldn't even get a star. This is a relatively new location but, you wouldn't believe so upon just walking inside. The floors were dirty, as in, needed a good scrub down and then a good mopping. This mixed with the dirty grease smell outside was a warning the group didn't heed. Had it been up to me, we would have left upon entering and seeing the floor after the smell outside. Anyway, we order. There was a girl being trained but, they (trainer and trainee) didn't bother to ask what style of fries. I had to stop them and ask to have the poppers instead of the fries. They were nice at least. The majority of the tables also looked like trash, and made me further concerned. In some cases it could just be that they were busy and had a lot of rude messy customers but, given the looks of the floor, I had my doubts. We get the food and it went further down hill. Despite the smell outside, the fries and poppers looked cooked well. Unfortunately, it was deceitful. Everything (deep fried) tasted of pure ash in our mouths. Since I was mostly looking forward to the poppers, this was most saddening. The entrees were no exception to the disappointment, unfortunately. My wrap for example felt like the pita-like bread had been kept in a wet package. There were not many bananapeppers, and when I had some they were in one spot in the wrap. Though, after looking at the salmon-colored tomatoes my fellow diner had, as well as my own (hers were way worse), I was probably better off with less of the vegetables. The chicken was watery. It's like i got a sip of warm chicken water each bite. We should have complained to them, but i was tired, hungry, and didn't feel like potentially arguing with anyone. Aside from the bite I took, the poppers went into the trash, they were so bad. All the fries from the other four people with us, went to our dog. All of us left regretting the decision to eat there. It's sad because, it used to be good. This review is near a week late (3/22/2022), it was a busy week last week."
"Outside in the parking lot we could smell something burnt. It smelled like ash, wet ash. My daughter said it was coming from Arby's. I scoffed. My daughter for the win. I ordered the Greek gyro with fries and my daughter ordered a wrap and jalapeno poppers. My sandwich was fine except for what was to be passed off as tomatoes. Photo of said tomatoes included. Tomatoes are not supposed to be whitish. The wrap was wet feeling on the outside. The fries and jalapeno poppers both tasted like the smell outside. Charcoal, ash, burnt beyond eating...only they weren't burnt. This is indicative of a dirty fryer. How long has it been since it's been cleaned? My sister had a hair in her sandwich (hey I'm glad it wasn't my food this time, sorry sis and it wasn't Arby's when I had hair in my food either). We should have listened to our instincts tonight and left. The burnt smell outside, sticky unswept floors, sticky tables. We knew better. But hey the staff was nice. Our shakes were good. Tonight was bad. I usually don't have trouble here. Clean the fryer!"
