"I helped a friend with some furniture she bought, use of truck only. I can't lift heavy items due to Dr orders. We asked the very nice young lady at the checkout if someone could help load the stuff into the back of the truck, she said yes. Well the older guy that brought items out wanted to get nasty and argue with me about me NOT loading because of medical reasons. When I told him the young lady at the front said he would help load, he laughed at me and said, "well you see, we just adopted a new rule of not helping load items". He's very rude and shouldn't be working with the public. Good thing I'm not the boss there, he wouldn't have a job."
