"Not only did they make me wait FOREVER on my order of 2 items, but we couldn't even feed them to the dog because they were so salty and peppery!"

"Completely lack of organization. Waited to order at speaker. Nobody at the cash window. Pulled me over and then never gave me my food. I had to go inside. They gave me cash when I used a credit card. Now I have to go to the bank and deposit cash. Skip this store. They weren't very friendly about their error either"

"This was the worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Apparently they don't like personal service, they want you to do everything by pre order. The kid that took our order Apparently had a problem talking to people and screwed up our order. And what's up with this 25cent coffee? We ordered a coffee and we payed like 1.25$. It sucked!"

"The food and service are both good, sometimes great. The restaurant itself gets dirty, and no one ever comes out to clean tables, etc. Each time we visit it seems worse than the last time. The restroom(s) which are supposed to be cleaned by McDonalds, according to signage, are disgustingly dirty and in need of several repairs. We have been visiting this restaurant for over 7yrs regularly while traveling. Considering going down to Richland from now on."

"The filthiest women’s bathroom I’ve ever been in- around the world. Manager was not interested and he told me they were just cleaned. I can guarantee the floors have never been clean, especially ever corner in that bathroom. He then told me he had no time and was busy. He wasn’t. If your bathroom is dirty, your kitchen is too. I wouldn’t eat there and I didn’t."
