"I was on a walk in my neighborhood when I saw the Hot Box delivery driver (Michael) driving through. I thought, Yes! Someone in my family ordered pizza! Michael did not pull into my driveway- I was not the winner of the pizza lottery tonight. As Michael delivered the pizza to my neighbor it smelled SO good…and I promptly ordered pizza for dinner tonight. They have great food!"

"My mom placed an order for delivery last night, she called to place her order and the girl on the phone asked her for her phone number to start the order my mom let her know she had a $100 credit from the last time they ordered because the food was not what they wanted and wasn’t right, the girl on the phone said that she didn’t see the credit there and that my moon would have to come in to show her the credit which kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. My mom had to give this girl her phone number 5 times!!! That is ridiculous and she also had to give the order 3 separate times during the phone call, when the food came it was two small popeye pizzas my mom ordered one large sausage and pepperoni and one popeye pizza & they had to pay for it since this girl couldn’t find the credit."

"So I ordered a pizza from this place went back to get another one made because he didn’t put on it when I was asking for. and the guy behind the counter wanted to argue with me and tell me he’s not remaking the pizza. The person who used to make the pizza was a lot better at it. if I was anyone who likes this place before He worked there, don’t come back to it. And now is telling me I have to buy another one just to have it re-made Update: Went and had another pizza made this dude had a nerve to do it again. If I was anyone who used to love eating at this place, don’t eat here anymore. If the Food is wrong the first time, don’t expect him to Make a replacement pizza and give it to you. Expect to pay for another pizza, And don’t expect him to do it right the second time. Hope y’all like Tons of uncooked grease with your food. And if you ask for anything extra, Don’t expect to get any extra toppings like sauce on the pizza."

"I work next door to HotBox pizza I have never had an issue till now Island in order to pizza with extra sauce extra cheese and sausage that was not extra sauce on it I brought it back and instead of offering to make me another one he gives me a cup of sauce of course that's not good enough so I come back and I just ordered and bought a new pizza I'll never eat here again so I end up spending $50 for two pizzas when only one of them is going to get eaten"
