"This was my second time visiting this location and both times we waited over 30 minutes. When I walked in nobody greeted me and they stared at me like I was a ghost. So I stood there for 2 minutes and finally had to say something. The service was horrible and my daughter’s breakfast sandwich was thrown together not cooked thoroughly. I only came back to this location because it was close to my daughter’s school and it was her birthday. Never ever again will I visit this place!!!! I get you can be busy but at least acknowledge your customers or even apologize for the long wait. I watched people order after us get there items before us. It doesn’t take that long for a some whipped cream coffee and uncooked breakfast sandwich. We waited so long she was late to school. I won’t be returning here."

"Friendly staff and service ! They are super fast in fulfilling orders. We stopped here for morning beverages during our road trip. Would recommend this place. Restrooms were kept clean too."

"My husband and I really like this location. It’s a newer store. It’s pretty clean. They have always gotten our order right. It’s not usually too busy. There’s plenty of seating. The staff isn’t overly friendly. But I would recommend this location. (I used to be a Starbucks Shift Supervisor myself at a different location.)"

"Ordered two English breakfast tea lattes. Supposed to have milk and sugar in it. Was just a normal English tea with nothing else in it. Just water and tea bags. Thankfully customer support was able to refund me since I was already on my way to work and didn’t notice until 15 minutes into my drive."
