"The worst service in the world. Horrible drinks, horrible attitude, everything about this store is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Each time I go here they always have bad attitude and give me the wrong order. From now on choosing to go to the Starbucks in Cambridge, way better service over there and they don’t get the orders wrong each time…I would definitely recommend not to come to this Starbucks location!"

"The coffee here has been so bad over the past few months. After the 3rd time of throwing our drinks away we are done with this location. Please do more training or cleaning the machines. It tastes both watery and burnt."

"I usually go buy coffee 2 or 3 times a week at different stores depending on where I am. I can tell you that this has been the worst in every way. I don't put ZERO stars because I don't have the option. It doesn't even have a table so you can put sugar or anything else in your coffee. I don't recommend it at all!"

"The thing I found most preposterous about my visit here is that the Barista didn't ask me how my day was until I selected the tip option on the cashier screen. It seemed to me that she was much more interested in the button I was about to push than providing good customer service. She was a nice young lady but that did strike me as odd. I don't mind tipping as I have the means for it, but somebody who does not should not feel pressured to do so and they definitely should not be treated differently. The establishment also had no restroom and the Barista suggested I use the restroom in the Panda Express next door. When I used their restroom they informed me that it was it for customers only and that I needed to leave or purchase something. This was by no means the Barista's fault, but perhaps she could've provided a better suggestion for me than to use a bathroom that I am not allowed to use. The tea I ordered was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Atmosphere was dim and cramped and pretty much no indoor seating."
