"I've been going here on and off for at least 10 years. It's never been good, but covid destroyed them and they never recovered. The food is fine-ish, but the service is completely non-existent. I stopped even trying and get takeout now, but that still means you have to get somebody to give you your food when you arrive. Half the time it's not ready, even if it's past the time it was supposed to be ready, and the other half you can't get anyone to pay attention. My order today that inspired this review, it took a solid 20 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk. During that time miscellaneous employees walked by while ignoring me, including one who came to the front, did something on the computer right in front of me, and left again without speaking to me. I finally called them on my phone so somebody would come to answer the phone; then I hung up and asked them to please give me my food. Like I said, it's been years. Clearly corporate doesn't care, regardless of the cookie cutter comments they leave on every review on here. Don't go to this BWW, go to the one in Lafayette or another wing place."

"Should close this place down!! Stand in line waiting for online order. The online order stated, 6:30, email notification says 7:20. Once I arrive, being told another 45 minutes??!! Then one of your three front staff is yelling out “We can cancel and refund, to everyone waiting.” What type of training do you have? No training nor professional experience at this location. It’s a campus location, obviously the college kids know better, because half the dining area was empty, on Superbowl night. Can’t review food, didn’t get order."

"Not one to write reviews but the service was so terrible that one was needed. I went here with 3 of my friends. When entering we asked for a booth and were told that was not an option even though there were open booths in the area of both the waitresses on staff. Regardless we sat down to wait 45 minutes for food in which time the waitress only came to check on us once to tell us that our food was taking longer than expected. Also, while waiting, one of my friends went to use the restroom and a worker used the restroom and left without washing his hands. Once our food came out, one of our orders had the dry rub buffalo rather than the buffalo sauce. This was clarified when the order was taken as the waitress asked, "Dry rub or sauce" to which my friend responded, "wet sauce". Instead of apologizing the waitress began to argue with him over what he ordered. He ultimately decided to just eat the dry wings rather than argue. Once we finished eating, our waitress passed our table 3 times over the span of 15 minutes to ask us if we wanted our check. My friend asked for a to go box and a refill. She brought out the box but not the refill. After waiting another 10 minutes for her to bring back our cash, she confused which person paid with each cash amount, so we had to go back through our receipts to see who paid which amount. I have never had such bad service and will never eat here again."

"I went here not expecting much since it doesn't have the best reputation already. Went on a Thursday (BOGO night) and it was an hour wait for food, understandable with the short staff situation. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was as expected, two of the boneless wings were half gristle but I was given more than what I ordered. I usually cut every wing in half before I eat it since there's usually at least one gross one like that."

"The restaurant was almost empty but they took forever to come take our order. The brisket burger was delicious, the original buffalo wings were a little dry but the lemon pepper wings were good. Service was bad, I think it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings thing at this point!!"
