"Since my stay they have attempted to charge me 3 separate times on my credit card in addition to taking the initial payment for my stay on my debit card an attempt to contact the front desk does absolutely no good seeing as how nobody ever answers the phones. When I was finally able to get someone to pick up the phone they attempted to charge me again on the original card while on the phone with me so I now have 5 charges for 1 night on 2 different cards."

"It was a subpar stay compared to other hotel’s experiences for less money. I’ve machine was broken, had to ask for an iron (told it was the only one they had), no elevator (difficult for someone with back issues to bring suitcase up stairs)"

"Stayed 9/25 and everything was fine till breakfast. A DRYWALL co Many employees took all the sandwiches and other items. Asked the front desk person if they had hot food. Waited came back down and they served corn dogs and four sandwiches. Took the sandwiches and she called my room at 6:50 am waking the room up questioning why I took four small sandwiches for the room. Won't be back to any Wyndham manged properties. Customer has dwindled. Stayed again. Check in and room was great . Clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, upon going down to the Continental Breakfast no food was available. I watched a contracting service eat, gather, and leave empty plates around. Asked the front desk about breakfast and she said she would provide additional food. Came back down to obtain breakfast for my room in which only 4 breakfast sandwiches were put out and I used the front desk called and asked why I took four disturbing my quest. Microtel/Penny pincher sad Entering the hotel it is a non frill hotel; however Pablo and the entire staff were fantastic. Requested a room prior to check in and honored the request. The staff or team works together well and as a family. Each staff members care about the guests needs. Room was small (first time at a Microtel) but room was cozy with a good size and usable bathroom. Compliments to their housekeeping staff room was clean, linen was exceptional, and first time staying in a hotel my feet or socks didn't turn black from a dirty floor. Breakfast was a good and delicious. Kudos Wyndham will definitely be returning back to this property. P S extremely quiet and felt secure. Thank you to the entire staff."

"Was in town for business. Staff was friendly. The first night I stayed on the first floor and the bathroom ceiling and shower had black specks on them. Not sure if it was mold or condensation, however it was around 102 degrees that day, so it could have been because of the heat. The second night I stayed on the second floor and it was much better. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of plug outlets. The hotel is also very close to the interstate and restaurants. Good price for a quick stay."
