"Took a vehicle here for service, I was very clear to only have certain services performed. Then when we went to pick up the car they added services to our bill that we DID NOT AUTHORIZE. When we brought the concerns to the service manager he told us "There was nothing he could do" the service dept is terrible and the sales staff is clueless.
