I called to inquire about a set of running boards, when Laura answered the phone I FIRST gave her my name then my inquiry. Laura informed me she'd check my inquiry and call back, then asked for my name. I responded by asking her name, she AGAIN asked for my name. I then informed her that I'd given my name immediately and hadn't got hers. Reluctantly she responded with Laura, when I asked the managers name, I got a snappy I'm the manager, when I asked who she reports to I got a snappy NO ONE I'm the business owner."
