"My only complaint is some times my Vanilla Cream Nitro Cold Brew doesn't have enough of the cream in it. But that's a super minor complaint. Otherwise it is a fantastic location. I will say there was only ONE time I was waiting on a drink and the barista was having a perosnal conversation with a young man on the other side of the counter for a LONG time while our drink was just sitting there waiting to be finished. I had to get her attention and ask that she can finish it so we could be on our way. Othter than, pretty solid location."

"Spent $7 on this drink that’s filled with ice to the bottom and not even close to being full. This is only the 3rd time I’ve been to the Whitestown Starbucks. The first two times, I waited over 40 minutes for my drink using order ahead. This time, the drive thru barista was not at all pleasant and my drink was no where near worth $7. I highly suggest going down the road to the Zionsville Starbucks rather than here. At least, they have kind baristas."

"I come to this location at least 3 times a week and always get the same thing. I put my order in thru the app like I always do...was charged and got my points. When I get to the window (with at least 10 cars behind me) they say they cant find my order. The gentleman (who was polite...everyone at this location have always been awsome usually) asks to see my phone to see/prove that I put my order in. I showed him everything I could and we just sat there in silence during their AM rush. I didn't want to hold up a long line of people who probably needed to be somewhere...so I just said nevermind and pulled away minus 7 dollars and no tea. Bummer."

"This is one of the better Starbucks around. I go quite frequently, enough that the workers know my name. In and out in just a couple minutes. When you go, say hi to Dee. She is the greatest. Actually, she is one of the reasons I go there. I’ve never seen her with a sad look on her face, always chipper and says good morning. The whole staff is like this. They are very friendly. One of the staff took their time to help my 82 year old dad make his order. Old guy, always drank black coffee. They explained the difference between coffees. Now he is addicted to lattes. :-)"
