"Kinda rough around the edges but great prices, great service and they do jobs that others won't. I was changing a tire and my lug nuts snapped in half. Needed them removed. Called around town and no "tire" store would touch it. Beneath them, I guess. Someone recommended Big Wheels so I called them. They told me to bring the car in the next day. I did, and left it with them. Had it ready to pick up in a few hours. Heated the lug nuts and got them off. Did not have to replace the studs, which they told me was a possibility. Saved me time and money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
