"Now I ask for signature hot and bbq I literally asked for extra sauce and the cashier told me of course I’ll make them how I like mines . Now look at my pictures there is no sauce in the hot and barely bbq. I tried calling no one picks up. They had customers coming back in the whole time I waited for my food cause they was messing up orders. Everytime I come here for my wings it is literally a issue ,if I could give them a zero I would"

"Unfortunately, this place has really ran downhill..Got a 12 piece bone in wing from DoorDash and moments later my stomach was so upset!! Till the next day! The amount of breading that is on the wings is ridiculous and the wait for food is just god awful! My sister also got really sick a little while back, and I should’ve trusted her judgment! Never ordering from this location again! Not to mention, you guys are way too overpriced!"

"Pulled up to Drive-Thru to order at 9pm, no one ahead of us or behind. Took a minute to decide what to order. When we stated we were ready to order, the cashier aaked us to circle the building & pull back up to the window so they could reset their order timer.. what kind of customer service is this? Needless to say we left & will not be back. I don't blame the poor guy trying to do his job & more afraid of keeping orders to a minimum wait so he isn't in trouble with his boss but what kind of customer service is this?"

"I mean it’s usually good but I usually just get tenders and I feel whenever I get actual chicken or wings or something t just looks off or perhaps rotten? Tell me if I’m wrong I just don’t think I’ve seen so much black in my chicken before"
