"i am not sure what is up with this franchise. i have had several bad experiences here. apparently, i am a glutton for punishment. tonight, i went through drive, sat for 5 minutes while someone filled the ice for the soda machine. they looked at me at least twice while i sat there. i then saw the second person come out from the back as a customer walked in the store. i was more than disappointed when she started taking his order. from poorly made sandwiches and people not being able to give refunds for overcharging, i don't understand how they stay open. i have spent my last dollar there. hopefully for them, you will have a better experience"

"Honestly I have never felt compelled to write a review on a restaurant but I can't let this go. I have been going to subway restaurants for over 25 years and this was my worst experience ever. I work in retail so I know how things go sometimes but I can find no excuse for the incompetence or lack of concern for the customer at this location. I went through the drive thru and was the only customer in line. Also there were no customers in the restaurant. It still took almost 15 minutes to get our food (2 sandwiches) and after driving 15 minutes home both of the sandwiches were completely wrong. Sorry I am sure someone likes japolanos on tuna but not my wife. Sorry for the rant. I could go on but it was the response I got when I called to tell them it was wrong that ticked me off. Enough said."
