"My personal vehicle was sent here from the insurance company after hail damage. Prime had issues with the windshield replacement. Prime would not provide updates, without me asking. After about 4 weeks in the shop, I received my car back. A part inside was still broken therefore I called to notify them. They told me a replacement would be ordered. Week after week 4 to be exact I finally got a straight answer, and on the 5th week of having my “fixed car” it again went back for another part. 6 weeks after they gave my car back, it is finally done. The entire job took 10 weeks, with the company not communicating with me at all. The only reason it was fixed was because my insurance agent contacted the owner. I can understand delays, but the no communication, and telling me multiple times they would order the right part without doing so, and no updates, is just poor business if they want return customers."
