"Fast and friendly service but the coffee was not even mediocre. The latte tasted like it was made from concentrate, instead of fresh espresso. In fact, it didn't even taste like espresso and the milk did not seem like it was steamed. Not recommended If you like good coffee. Two stars for the excellent and quick service though. Otherwise would have been one star."

"This establishment used to be a favorite of mine. Staff, coffee, and atmosphere were all excellent. Unfortunately, it seems like I've been waiting for far too long for a cup of coffee recently, and everyone seems less happy. I've spoken to a number of employees, and they've all been up and honest about how unpleasant the working circumstances can be at times and how they've lost a lot of good staff. Which is accurate because I no longer see Ms. Emily and her vibrant energy. The idea of "cultivating kindness" doesn't seem to be something that this place endorses. Be better."

"This place does have a Chick-fil-A kind of drive thru. I asked what ice coffee was the most popular. Got iced vanilla caramel blondes for me and my husband. Kids got kid's size mango smoothies. The mango isn't straight mango. There is some other fruit taste there. Maybe a hint of pineapple or something. The coffee was sweet but good. It doesn't have that burnt after taste like Starbucks or extra bitter like Dunkin. I think I will easily hone in on a coffee I like. The service was really good. When I got to the front of the line. The cashier was outgoing and made good conversation. Not annoying small talk. It was a good experience overall. Place was very clean."
