"After a not so good experience we gave it another try. The food was great and hot and in a timely manner even though they were busy busy busy. We had the BEST !! Friendliest, waitress ever anywhere ! Her name is Haleigh and I think she checked on us every 10-15 minutes ! Even if she was just walking past doing something else she asked if we were still okay ! She even told me that the bartender made the drinks a bit different so would it be okay ? Just so that I wouldn't be disappointed when I got it (it was just how the ice was done). I think I'd even call and ask if she's working just so we get her again !"

"Update: A year later and I decided to give it another shot. It was even worse this time. The cooks clearly do not care about their jobs and the manager is dumb as a box of rocks. I have never seen a more disgusting restaurant in my life. Well it was an interesting experience. First the waitress was super nice no complaints at all . I ordered the ribs and when they came out they were so old and dry you couldn’t even bite them . I wasn’t going to say anything until I seen a bunch of hair under the bbq sauce . The waitress was nice and apologetic I got a new order and went with the fish and chips and to my surprise the fish was still frozen . The manager apologized and was willing to get me something else but by this time I drank about 8 waters and was ready to go . My wife’s meal was good she enjoyed it . It’s time for some new cooks at this location."

"These ribs were the TOUGHEST ribs I have ever had. They were cold and over slopped with sauce to hide the leather meat. I politely told the waitress that I did not like the ribs. She was very nice but did not seem to know what to do. It's a shame and disgraceful that a cook would send those ribs out like that. What a waste of money, Never Again!"

"Restaurant was not busy at all, but bar top was piled with dirty glasses, and had a dirty smell coming from the bar area. Also service was not what it used to be,and food was just ok. We had to ask another server who was sitting at a bar table with a customer to find the bartender so we could pay our bill."

"Well. Upon walking in we politely waited as the sign states. A worker wiping down a table glanced up, sighed and walked off. Finally, someone else (waitress #1) came and sat us. The place wasn't overly packed but def seem short staffed. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone came by to get our drink orders. Another server (waitress #2) stopped a few minutes later and asked if anyone had gotten our drink order and we answered affirmatively. My SO said he saw our waitress outside smoking. Waitress #2 stopped back by as it had been several more mins at this point and yeah, we still had no drinks. She asked what was our drink order again? I was like heh.....nah.... that's ok. We'd been sitting staring at the menu a good 15-20 mins. At this point the chaos and disorganization was the limit. I asked her to just cancel our order (if it even existed anywhere!) and said we were just gonna leave. She was, of course, apologizing and I was like hey, I've been a server, I know how it is. It's not your fault, don't worry about it. Then we went to Chili's."
