Taco Bell 1007 North Main Street, Cloverdale, IN 46120

"Food was terrible, couldn't eat it. Went to drive through to get it replaced and the woman told me they wouldn't replace it and refused to let me speak to a manager. Then she started yelling at me because I wouldn't come inside. Then suddenly said they'd make it again and got really friendly. At the window, the same girl claimed to be the manager and they handed me some food which I refused to eat. I don't trust anyone who would act like that during a customer interaction. This place is consistently the worst."

"Ordered and pay for nacho fries and when I got to my hotel there were no fries in my bag. Side of rice was so dry I had to throw it away. Fiesta veggie burrito not the best tasting one I have had. This taco bell is halfway to my destination and it has been fine in the past but tonight was disappointing. Luckily the fries I paid for but did not receive were under $3.50"

"Broken tacos, wrong items, bad customer service and don’t order here unless you enjoy sour cream because that’s all your getting!! Completely horrible service and food, wish I could put zero stars. Not only did the drive thru girl ring up my order wrong “supreme variety party pack, she rang up a regular supreme party pack”. When I got home and pulling the tacos out not only were they all crunchy tacos but maybe 2 of the 12 tacos actually were tacos, they had nothing but sour cream in them and a dash of everything else. So I call back to the store to ask what is in the supreme variety party pack the response was “honestly I don’t know” then I stated It wasn’t what I ordered and I was upset about the tacos she hangs up on me!!! Called back to talk to manager, which he states she didn’t hang up, talked over me the entire phone call, told me what I ordered was the party pack because that’s what he seen on his screen, didn’t think twice that she rang up the wrong thing, was not any help and made the situation so much worse. I guess when you spend $40 on food here they decide to give you less. Do better!"

"Well let's say the the wait was redickuless and when we did get our food it was just thrown together and had way to much gress its just getting worst and worst Been having problems for the last couple months they have messed up order after order and then won't do wat they said they was gonna do"
