"The older female manager of this location has the disposition of a billy goat. She is unapologetically rude to her guests for no apparent reason. I was greated with attitude for going through the drive-thru to pickup my order placed online. After waiting patiently at the speaker I informed her my name and that I had an online order. She immediately responded with "It's ready inside". I proceeded to the window and she handed my order out and slammed the window shut. She refused to look back at me and just stood there. I guess providing service to your paying customers is viewed as an inconvenience."
"With happy hour back it really helps with the prices. Good food and usually good service. Orders are messed up sometimes but they are quick to fix it."
"The food was pretty good, quick, and hot. They didn’t take some expired coupons which was a bummer. Other Arby’s do. Both stalls in the ladies bathroom do not have a door stopper or lock so privacy is lacking. Not ideal if you have kids with you. The men’s bathroom was out of soap (could have just ran out, not sure). But my husband hopes the employees are clean."
"It went through to order food from this location, and when I asked my drink not to have ice in it I was told that it is a company policy that they are not allowed to not put ice in the drink. I wonder if they monitor every guest inside to make sure each one of their Cups have ice in it? Simultaneously, I wonder how it's acceptable to make such a policy when there are many people with teeth sensitivity, and it has only been at this location that I have ever heard such policy. The woman over the intercom was blatantly rude, poorly trained and customer service, and the worst representation I have ever seen for a company. We will be sure not to return. And I would love if corporate could contact me on why they can't adapt a sandwich if say you have an allergy, but not adapt a drink? Or is it just discrimination"
"Great staff, food was made fast and very good. I wish they had more of a Vegitarian option than salad and French fries."
