"This was definitely a locals hangout, but we were welcomed and did not feel out of place. The service was friendly and prompt. The food and adult beverages were very good and at a good price. My wife had the volcano fries, and I had a build your own burger with fries. We will definitely eat here again next time we are in town."

"I'm not sure where to begin but we had the best experience here! First off, this restaurant is celiac-friendly, which is really important to us. Combine that with the food selection, the amazingly friendly service (we even got to talk to the chef) and warm atmosphere and you have a 5/5 star experience! I had the cheeseburger salad (with FRYTONS- an amazing culinary discovery IMHO) and my daughter had the cheeseburgeron a GF bun. Everything was delicious AND they make a lot of their own dressings and sauces from scratch. We will definitely be back. Thank you!"

"It was a nice stop for lunch after attending Purdue University Global Graduations. I think they are a nice little hole in the wall joint. I prefer those over corporate restaurants. The burgers and pork tenderloin was terrific and simple. Sometimes less is more. The server was super friendly and enjoyable."

"We stopped here after hiking at Shades and we were headed home. We were so glad we picked this place! We split the volcano fries (with pulled pork) and they gave us a new item they are trying, cheese curds. I wouldn't exactly call them cheese curds, just fried cubes of cheese, but they were delicious! We both had burgers which were excellent. Since we had fries as an appetizer, we each got other sides - coleslaw and broccoli salad. Both are homemade in house and they were delicious. We sat upstairs in the restaurant and not the bar area, and we were the only ones. I don't know if it's often this quiet but I hope they have enough business to stay open cause it was great. I'm trying to think of a reason to come out to Crawfordsville again."
