"It's a shame that local business treat people the way they do sometimes. I'd like to support this business. It's impossible to do with such poor customer service. Tried to return boots to the store that were not wearable. I actually wanted to exchange them. I was talked down too and interrupted multiple times and forced to clean some boots that had some dust on them just to return them. They actually expect you NOT to wear the boot before you return them. Which in itself is a policy that needs someone with intellect to adjust. Make sure you obtain the tags( Clerk removed the tags and kept them, then told me I needed them to return the boots) and give your boot a nice shine before you return the boots. I was laughed at by the clerk in a very condescending way. I didn't say anything to her at all at that point. I just got my money back and left. I will never step foot in this store again. Due to the poor customer service I would NOT recommend shopping here. The reason for the return is because there were rubbing my sons ankles raw, he could not physically wear the boots. So they had no wear or tear on them at all. There was a small amount of dust on the boots and the lady would not return them unless they were cleaned and oiled."
