"Terrible treatment of people. Back in February I was in a pretty bad accident. My car was towed to this place. After a couple of weeks of recovering, I called to see what I need to do to settle and get my stuff back. I was lectured on calling earlier, and he just assumed I wasn’t going to pay him. Big mistake. He told me he would call me back on Monday because they were closed. I never received a phone call back. Now months later I received a certified letter notification regarding this car and again I called to inform him that I never received a phone call from him, and again he blamed me for him not following up. I had every intention of paying the bill until I was treated like a child. Instead of assisting me, he choose to assume I could not pay my bill, and refused to help. He even asked me if I knew how many car he has that are abandoned. Maybe instead of snapping on people for your assumption, maybe help the customer and maybe you won’t have so many people walking away from their property and actually get paid."

"Terrible customer service. The man is very rude. Tow company out to make money and have no care for their customers. Added fees that were unnecessary and would not own up to them. I suppose that they need the money more than us, going to report to better business bureau."
