"I can't give a review for a service I didn't receive. I initially called to see if they could atleast tell me what was wrong with my car. Shawn said they could possibly get me in the next week. They never called, so I stopped in to ask if I should go somewhere else. He had a mechanic go out to the parking lot and diagnose the problem. Then told me the part to fix it would be $1,700. He said it would take several days to get the part, but it would only take a couple hours to fix. I was scared to drive my car anywhere, so I agreed to let his garage do the work. After waiting another week for the part to come in, I was informed that yes, the part was in, but I would have to wait again till the following week, because they were all booked up. Every time I spoke with Shawn, he would mention the UAW strike, and how it has disrupted everything. I believe I was getting the run-around. My son was able to find someone to fix my car in 1 day, and the part was less than $2. I try to help myself as much as I can. I thought a garage with a good rating would not try to rip me off. Shawn should be ashamed of himself for the way this was done."
