"Ordered hours ahead of time for pickup at 4:15. Arrived at 4:07, and there was one person ahead of me. They finished ordering, and I informed them I was there for pickup. I was told they had waited to start it "so it would be fresh and hot". Not so bad... the person that was ahead of me got their food about 8 minutes later. It was then I was informed it would be another 17 minutes since they had just started the chicken. 15 minutes later, I was told it would be done in 2 minutes. I then waited an additional 5 minutes until it was decided they would begin boxing the order. When I finally arrived home, the French fries had the texture of leather and were nowhere near fresh. If they were busy, maybe I could have accepted the whole ordeal. There was 1 other customer besides myself in the entire place. Unacceptable. I will not be returning."
