Family Express

"When driving through here, this is the gas station that we like to stop at before on road snacks. We actually have never bought gas from this store because it is more expensive than other gas stations in the area. The store seems to be kept clean, except for the self-serve drink area. Unfortunately every time we have gone in here, the self-serve drink area is always a complete sticky disaster with cups, lids, and straw wrappers everywhere."

"I stop here more often then any other convince store. If I have a choice of convince stores Inwould more the likely choose Family express. The gas is usually competitive with the pricing. I suppose the only thing that would send me else where is cheaper gas prices. I like the rewards program I usually save around 3 -5 cents per gallon using my card. The coffee is really good here. I like the pizza as well. The staff is always friendly. I don't like the donuts wrapped the quality went down so I just don't but them anymore. The little café inside the store is cool. They added these to compete with other Cafe style foods in convince store. There is only one convince store I like better, but they are not in the area so I go to Family express!"

"#1 Told internet down hence pump #1 not working. Clerk: "Give me .03 disc card; I'll restart." Asked for card, "No." Pumped, clerk came to car w/disc card. Do I get disc? "No; come in I'll restart and give credit." First time EVER after several years, I've had such a problem. Why keep disc card while I've been restarted and pump? Internet down may not be helped; clerk's service (or lack) not helpful."
