"This is one of the worst Starbucks in the greater Lafayette area. They're constantly out of everything. And they will automatically adjust your drinks to save themselves money. I usually order a matcha, and a grande matcha latte has 3 scoops of matcha. Whenever I order in person, they reduce it to 1 scoop without my knowledge. This has happened multiple times. I noticed it tasted really watered down, and only realized what they had done when I checked my app. Sure enough, the drink was adjusted to 1 scoop every time I ordered at the register. Go anywhere else for your coffee."

"I love going to this Starbucks! Perfect place to take an afternoon break from work. I love how I can use the tunnels from Young Hall to get to Starbucks without having to deal with the elements. Very accessible for my wheelchair and accommodating for my disability. The staff are friendly and work very hard and I don't believe they get enough credit. I enjoy their Pike Place flavor!"
