"A friend Placed an order online, drove 20 minutes home to deliver the order. Had to drive 20 minutes back to the store to pick up the rest of it. Half of it wasn't given to me, when I called they blamed me for " forgetting it". Was given the same soggy food that had now been sitting there for 40 minutes. Wasted time and gas. No customer appreciation or responsibility taken on their part"

"Friendly staff. My mobile ordered drink is always ready when I arrive (approximately 5 minutes after placing and leaving home). Would like to see more sugar free syrup variety (but that’s a problem with all coffee shops)."

"The donuts were dry, the employee got mad cause he had to make more coffee. Due to the attitude the employees had( one of them a manager) made the visit so bad I have not been back there. I go by there every time I leave my house and remember how bad my experience was that I have no desire to go back."

"The staff acted like having a customer was an inconvenience to them. The tables were very sticky, The food tasted like it was fake. They have good hot chocolate but that's really all that was good about our experience."

"Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened."
