"We were greeted as we arrived and taken to a booth as requested. The restaurant was extremely clean. The server was very pleasant. Food was nicely presented and hot. My husband really enjoyed the multigrain bread. We were extremely pleased with service and food. Whoever is managing this place is really doing a good job. The only problem we had was picking our breakfast. Almost all the breakfast picks are huge! Will be returning."

"My wife ordered a pick up and I sat there for 45 mins or more just to be told it was canceled even though I placed this order an hour before knowing they’d be busy. I’m not even mad about the order being refunded I’m mad about the communication. I wasted a lot of time there. There was even one lady in-front of me who had been there before me and her food had been sitting there and no one even said anything. We had to start talking the bags looking at the names ourselves. There should’ve been a better system like every 10-20 mins call out the names of orders that were sitting there already. Also hey guys we are packed we might not complete all orders today. I wasn’t even told why it was refunded just hey this is one of the orders that will be refunded. No explanation at all. Then I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. I would’ve sat down and ate at that point since they were still sitting people. Just communicate better. Also forgot to add their were plenty of employees standing right where we can see them just laughing and talking. I don’t mind anyone having fun especially since it’s the holidays and it was stressful but that old lady and one other person was doing all the work. Help each other out and it would’ve went a lot smoother for everyone."

"Both bathrooms smelled terribly like sewer gas and had overstuffed menstrual pad containers and overflowing garbage, hairs, just awful. I'm not a bathroom or cleanliness snob whatsoever so this was REALLY BAD if I say it is. If this problem exists, it makes you wonder about other things like the kitchen."

"There was so much chaos happening in the back like breaking plates and stuff falling. It was getting difficult to sit down and eat in peace. Also please tell me why my father's mashed potatoes were so soupy, like that is gross and I felt bad for him eating them. To add on my siblings drink was supposed to be pink cotton candy, hence why she got it on the new Wonka menu. But, it wasn't pink! There are pictures below to show what she ordered and what she wanted. Overall, the experience was not the best."

"So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop. The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger."
