"My family loves JJs, and we get it quite often. Going in and ordering at this location is okay, but getting delivery is freaky slow! On two occasions it has taken over a hour and I've actually had to call the store to find out if we will get our food. If you can't get 3 sandwiches to a house in under a hour you probably shouldn't offer delivery. Just got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the bread is practically burnt! Definitely does not live up to JJs in Charleston, IL!"
"This location is on point! Freaky fast and freaky good describe the Crown Point location perfectly. We got both of our sandwiches before I finished paying! The front display is always filled with chips, water and Frenchie baguettes. When the staff is in between orders they are always cleaning the prep area and the dining areas. I frequent several Jimmy John's location in the region and this is by far my favorite due to the friendliness of the staff, quality of the sandwiches, and cleanliness of the shop. I highly recommend this location!"
