"My daughter took her car to be fixed engine light kept coming on after them having it for two weeks. They came back with all these issues that needed to be fixed. They submitted to the warranty company after they said they fixed it. They sent Bill to the warranty department got paid then turned around gave us a bill double charging what they charge the warranty department Took the car home. The next day light came back on took it back kept it another week said OK it’s fixed charged another four or $500. Next day light came back on. He said drive it for a couple To see if it’ll work itself out of course the light did not work itself out Car started shaking smoking again real bad took it back yet again this time they sent it to the main location. They said it was a coil paid another couple hundred dollars next day guess what light came back on They still have not fixed it nor have they made any attempt to fix it. My daughter called and complained to the warranty company. They are investigating From there I guess we’ll get a lawyer. Don’t ever take your car to them"

"The estimate they gave, was much more then the price of two of the local places that provided quotes. They did an estimate for services and didn’t let me know about the $89 diagnostic fee. I wouldn’t have a problem paying just thought they should’ve said it beforehand. Super nice personalities but overpriced."

"Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. Doug updated me regularly with what was going on and even helped with some warranty issues. After a few updates, lots of light hearted conversations, and a new water pump, and I was a very happy customer. Will definitely be going back when I need a repair."
