"I enjoy McAlisters fresh food and sweet tea. What I didn't care for was the customer service I received because my soup was missing from my order. I placed my order through the mobile app. I picked up my order and went to my car. Before pulling off from the rest, I checked my order. My soup was not in my bag. I went back into the restaurant with my mobile receipt loaded on my phone. I explained to the cashier my soup was missing. Another worker came from the back and stated she knows that the soup was placed in the bag because she bagged my order. I stated to her that in fact the soup was not in the bag. She proceeded to inform me that in the future, a missing item will not be replaced unless the full order is brought back into the restaurant. Her tone was indignant and not appreciated at all! I spent nearly $40 for 2 sandwiches, a sweet tea, and a bowl of soup!"

"The food taste pretty good, but they left a piece of paper in my sandwich between the bread and the meat!!! The paper is bigger than the meat slices, and it ruined the bread trying to get off since the breads thin. Hoped they would check for something like that before sending it out…. Thank goodness I didn’t eat it, but yuck."

"This store gave me a wrap with only dressing and lettuce. The associate who greeted me… did not. She just looked at me and waited for me to tell her what I needed. When I asked about a mistake I made in ordering (my bad!) I was told “receipt” for just asking that I thought there was a lemonade. When I called back, the manager on the phone told me she could give me a $3 credit. It’s a $9 wrap! I said that I didn’t want to go back to the store because I would receive yet another bad wrap. Instead of having good customer service and refunding the whole order, she refused because they “can’t refund partial orders” Unless you like lettuce and caesar dressing with no chicken, save your money. Edit: The manager hung up on me"

"It was a fast paced lunch environment and I am glad that the lady on staff took time to look at my takeout order and send my salad back to the kitchen for the onions I added and extra dressing on my Asian Crunch salad. I am so glad she went the extra mile to check"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This location needs to be shut down immediately. There has to be a form of retraining the staff. From management, front cashiers, to food prep. This establishment has poor customer and the food is terrible. This the second time I’ve received an incorrect order. Asked management if I could receive a refund, was told that I’d receive $5 off my next order??? I can’t enjoy my meal because my sandwich and veggies was burnt. The salad was incomplete (missing the berries) the veggie club was incomplete (missing onions, avocado, and spinach). The king club had no lettuce or bacon. This is a waste of a trip."
