"When its busy, the workers don't want to be spoken to really. Which is understandable. But when it's slowed down, they are kind and make you feel like more than a customer. The lovely man, Juanito, was making me feel appreciated and happy to see me. He convinced me to get the brownie which was AMAZING WARMED UP! The rest of the workers also kept conversation and showed hospitality. Wonderful night on 2/17/24"

"The group of guys that worked tonight were AMAZING!! I didn’t get all their names but I did get the one. Juan. They welcomed us. Joked with us. Told us to have a good night. They were nice. Just over all a great night!"

"First time at a Wingstop. The restaurant was very clean, and the kitchen looked clean from what I could see. The lady working the front was very friendly. Food came out correctly and was hot even after a 10min drive back to work. Sauces were decent, but the quality of the boneless wings was great. Definitely better than BWW. I'll be back again when I'm in the area."

"Ordered food at 8:30pm sat and waited for 30 mins. Finally got our food and yes this is my fault for not checking the bag. Got home missing half the order. Went back and wanted a refund. All 4 employees wanted to argue and some guy that used to work there said he used to be a manager thought he was going to help us but no. He said "the order was closed meaning he refunded our money" he printed out a receipt that says refund but it said $0.00. That is not a refund! Dude doesn't even work there and is behind the counter. When we told them just to make it right and remake the food. The wings were cold! Never going back! And will be calling corporate!"

"I understand culture specifically black culture, having significance and having its place, but having the hard R dropped multiple times, and a derogatory and hostile manner between multiple employees, with multiple employees working in a food environment, reaching down to pull pants up that are not suspended properly with ungloved hands to handle food, while simultaneously talking on the phone for very clearly not work related reasons, seems to me to be quite a very unprofessional and unhispitable environment for any customers to want to consume the food that was provided here. I don't have very many options being that it is midnight, but I certainly won't be visiting this place again. I didn't feel safe. Seeing act of conflict between multiple people involving raised forces and the staff that are working, with no one trying to de-escalate the situation just makes me feel unsafe in a situation. That's why I'm not waiting inside for my food and why I am outside writing this review."
