"Service was slow. Hardly even saw the server. When they seated us they didn't even ask if we needed a high chair even though we had a small child with us. From the point of being seated it took at least 10 minutes before being greeted or anything from the server. Multiple tables around us that came in after we did had appetizers and drinks before we had anything. When we received our food it was very cold. They definitely don't know how to cook a steak either we both ordered medium and one was so over cooked, dry, and hard that it might have all have been tasteless shoe leather. The other was so raw they might as well have brought the cow to the table. The whole experience took about 2 hours."

"Went there recently for dinner. Our server was training but she was very nice. Now the review; ordered the spinach & artichoke dip for an appetizer. The chips were stale. It took a while to get the drinks and appetizers. For dinner I ordered the grilled chicken with extra broccoli. It was okay (a bit dry; kind of bland), until my friend and myself saw hair on our plates. Talked to the manager and she handled it for us and comped my meal and offered to remake my meal. Then we were heading out I guess the house manager came to ask us about the situation, but it was very brief. He didn't seem too interested. All in all I wouldn't return."

"Now I know why their were no cars in the parking lot at 130/2p on a Saturday. It is 50 degrees today and the air conditioning was on blast. The waitress was cool, we don't blame her. The FOOD was not good and lazily prepared. My nephew's burger was ok, however NOTHING else looked like the pictures in the menu. The chicken strips in the 4 cheese macaroni looked like the Tyson chicken strips from the freezer aisle. Barely any sauce on them and no peppers. The 4 cheese sauce was more like an off brand Alfredo sauce. It didn't have any cheese in the sauce let alone any salt and pepper. The bread stick was hard and more than likely was heated up in the microwave and served to us. The manager didn't come and ask about it because HE Knew it was old. The chips for the nacho appetizer were stale. Manager says they are made fresh everyday, if so, they chips clearly sat out in the open before they were served. The best part of the Cajun chicken/shrimp and potatoes was the sauteed onions. It took the bartender 20 mins to get us a premade margarita. Lesson learned, not only will this Applebee's never get a dollar from me again, I will never eat at a franchise again, CORPORATE ONLY. The owner of this franchise must only use this Applebee's for gas money because they clearly CUT CORNERS on EVERYTHING."

"Ordered two burgers to go with NO cheese. After looking closer at it, someone melted cheese on them while cooking. Then peeled it off and continued cooking. If I had a dairy allergy, it could have been bad. Not acceptable. Will not be returning."

"We had to wait 20 minutes upon arrival on a Tuesday at noon. They said it was due tothe kitchen staff being short that day. I'll give them credit for being up front with the info and not overloading the restaurant. Once we were seated the experience was normal. Actually the food service was pretty quick. Our server (Christina I think) was fantastic. The food came quick and hot and the refills were brought when needed. We'll be back again soon! ** the Applebee's website has a very detailed food allergen menu. It makes it very easy to order if you have a child that needs to avoid certain things. **"
