Shark Fish & Chicken

"Came here on my way to work. Dirty run done building. $ for a 4 ' small ' piece dinner $17.90. Got it to go. Had to turn around when I checked the fish. It was not cooked. I brought it back and the man agreed with me. Offered to make it again but after seeing the first raw dinner I declined. I asked for my money back but he said they don't refund money. Never again will I go here. What a total disappointment."

"My wife called to order a 6 wing dinner for me. She requested that the chicken be cooked medium, not hard, not soft. The employee repeated the order back, specifying that the chicken will be cooked soft? My wife corrected the employee, reiterating the "medium " request. The employee flips out and bursts into a disrespectful tirade about how in order for the chicken to be prepared medium, the cook has to be told to prepare it soft?! Firstly, I as a customer don't care about the inner employee to cook dynamics. Secondly, I do deeply care about how you speak to my wife. Who is a potential customer just making an order. The moral of the story..She decided to order from another location and I have decided to never do business with that location again. We will not reward poor behavior with our hard earned dollars. My advice, whomever is taking orders via phone needs to learn how to serve customers with appreciation and respect. Management needs to provide more than chicken, try concern and consideration."

"Got a large catfish nugget dinner and damn it's a bunch of catfish nuggets. They were fresh, hot, and really tasty. Great quick service also."
