Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Extremely disappointed by the unnecessarily rude customer service my elderly mother received while ordering lunch today. At the end of the day, it's fast food--my bar is not high. But snide remarks and rolled eyes when asking a simple question about the menu was uncalled for. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning."

"The manager "Christina" had a issue with me waiting for fresh chicken when it was literally 6 pieces of chicken left in the bottom of the pan, no one else was in line behind me. There was literally a whole new fresh batch of freshly cut chicken waiting behind the server. She refused to open it up and told me I had to take what was there in the bottom of the pan which was nothing. Also the servers pushed the spilled rice that's on the counter back into the rice pan..That's very unsanitary"

"Filthy dirty at 1:30pm. People standing around in the back and can't grab a cloth to clean tables. How is the garbage OVERFLOWING!!!"

"I really enjoy chipotle. Their food is simple and always good quality with a reasonable price. This location could use some help with staff. They tend to be packed and although they get food out very quickly and with a smile, everyone is rushing around to do so and the eat in space can get neglected."

"Usually I’ll get a full bowl with good service, but after tonight I had to write a review. I don’t know the guys name, but he was wearing glasses and was the first on the line, but he would put half a scoop of beans and meat in mine, and the 2 people in front of me. A couple walked in behind me and he knew them. He gave them extra beans and extra meat without telling the next person on the line that they had extra."
