"I ate hot pot in the restaurant. Their food materials are OK, but dippings are not prepared so well. You need help youself to take many things from front desk, e.g. water, napkin. Nobody will help you to take them; however, you will still be asked to pay at least 12% tips anyway. The out-of-pocket charge is around $30 per person. Personally, I think their servce is not worthy."
