"I normally do not write bad reviews but I will not be a return customer to Napa. Grand and Walcott Napa was my go to. Now they have a lot more workers and yet it seems like their service is worse now than when they had minimum workers. I’ve been waiting 3 hours for a part that they told me it would take 20 minutes. I should of listen to my Mecanic and go to auto zone."

"Great service!!! . Smaller store compared to the others. However, the service here is probably better. My experience: I needed something that the store said was in stock (online). Employee couldn't find the item when I was there. The employee price matched a similar item to make up for the problem. The item was much better and more expensive then the one I originally wanted. I would have never bought the one that was price matched for me because I couldn't afford something like that. 5 stars to the employee who helped me out!"
