"I will take that extra mile to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Winfield versus the Dunkin’ Donuts and Valparaiso Mortland Drive route 30. My coffee & food always fresh & warm! And kudos to the manager (Thai) with her positive friendly and professional personality. My coffee is always fresh and not the last cup of coffee sitting in their pot. Thk you!"

"everytime i go they mess something up, i got a wrap and it wasn’t even a wrap the sausage and cheese were in the bottom of the bag and the pancake was torn up! and the sausage was old. i called about it and the guy was quite rude!"

"Usually this place is awesome.. but the last few visits, my cold brew black with cold foam has been horrible. Today, after being handed my coffee which appeared to have whip cream topping on top, I questioned the drive thru lady, which she was nice and questioned it as well and said it looked “off”. The chunkier old lady with an attitude holding a blue metal can flashed it really quick around and again with an attitude said “it’s cold foam”. This is my useless coffee as it is undrinkable as I have white chunks floating around and white chunks stuck to the side. It looks like a lot is missing, but the whip cream was literally layered to just about where the top of the sticker is. Cold foam doesn’t layer and swirl like whip cream and it certainly doesn’t create white chunks like this."

"I'm very pleased that the service is growing. Today there was a huge line, and I have a small child in the car with my husband. the Manager, knowing what I usually take, made my coffee even before my order. thank you very much, very much appreciated!"

"Changed my rating to a one star after the girl took my order on 4/30/21. She was hardly responsive, sounded bored and bothered to be taking the order. Last few time I have felt the drive thru etiquette horrible. Short answers, unfriendly, bothered teenagers is all you see working there."
