"This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. Orders take forever. I ordered at 8:51pm and received my food at 9:22pm. That’s over a half an hour for 4 soft tacos. Half the time, they usually mess something up. I ask for soft tacos no lettuce. Half the time, I either get crunchy tacos or lettuce on them. No “fast food” restaurant should take so long with such poor order accuracy."
