"Not sure when management/ownership changed but service & quality have gone way down! I placed an order, stuck my straw in & took a sip. Noticed it was made incorrectly so took it back to remake & while they were making me a new correct order (which I was charged extra for), I saw the worker add more whipped cream to my first order THAT I HAD TOOK A SIP FROM & GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER from drive through waiting in the car for their order. I yelled out- hey don’t do that! But the lady already drove off & the worker started giggling like it was funny!!! They are disgusting & dirty. Worth traveling to a different location. If you dare to go here— don’t go through drive through, actually WATCH them make your order. Department of health need to visit this place!!!"

"DUNKIN !!! Imagine my delight when I rolled into Tinley Park, and saw Mecca.right across the parking lot. DUNKIN !!!! ...and one of my favorite locations ... Sugar Bacon, Egg, n White cheddar on a croissant, with a large mocha. ...somebody better bring the crash cart.... i forgot how much i love these things, and this particular location!! (Which is also a Baskin Robbins). ..be back later for ice cream ... CHOCOLATE with peanut butter in a wafffle cOne"

"Was not very pleasant. Tall African American women. No good morning or smile. When handing me the coffee i asked which was which, she said its on the cup and walked away. Did not offer or give receipt. Mumbled when she spoke. Will not be back."

"coffee is okay. they refuse to give me a normal sized pup cup. they make me pay 1.10$ for not even a shot glass of whipped cream. My dog is 105 pnds and cant even stick his tongue in the cup to get the cream!!! they have Terrible customer service as well. 1 star on all counts for me."

"Coffee always taste like raspberry or just sour, or like burnt milk and bitter. Gross. I never enjoy my coffee at this location. I stopped going there for a while because of this. I was in the area and said let me try again maybe it’s changed but no it was even worse. I wonder if they are properly clean in there that I tossed the coffee and didn’t and couldn’t drink my coffee."
