"The food was good but I wish the bottomless items were actually bottomless. Our waitress hardly brought food when we asked. We had to ask multiple times for our food to be brought and even then, it wasn’t everyone’s food, just a few of us. Maybe going in a smaller group would be better, but I wouldn’t think a group of 10(including kids) would be too hard to manage as we’ve had larger groups other places and had no issues."

"I have been coming here since I was a little kid and every time I come here it’s either decent service or just out right bad and you see your server once for the order and then the bill (maybe) because sometimes you have to flag someone else down and ask for the bill or just help in general. Listen the food is good so I’ll keep coming back, I do love y’all but I can’t in good conscience give above a 3 star the inconsistency is too wild for that"

"The service was rushed. You can tell the server was in a hurry to be off her shift. I'm sorry but when I go eat anywhere, I don't want to be rushed what so ever when I'm eating my food or having a conversation with the people I'm eating with. We got there at 8:40pm. They don't close till 10:30pm. And we didn't stay till close either. We left before 10pm even hit. Me and 2 of my childhood cousins went to go eat some burgers after the movies. I rarely get to hangout with them because we live so far away from each other. And then when we do get together, we felt rushed to get out of the facility and not have the time we wanted to catch up and see how things are going with each other. I got interrupted 3 times midway thru my conversation for the server to ask me if we needed anything else. Clearly we were good the first time but she was adamant that we pay the bill so she can get going. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyway. Didn't feel welcomed, I felt like all they wanted was my money and that's it."
