"I'm so tired of getting moldy cheese on my pizza. If the products aren't fresh then discontinue them. I literally only got it because I had an offer for 20% off. Stop selling moldy food. When steak n shake, Chick-fil-A, portillo's and Culvers are more appetizing than panera, that's bad."

"If I could give less I would. Drive thru, woman tells me on the intercom as I pull up it’s closed at 8:30, online it says 9:00. I go inside and the whole place is closing up, at 8:30, although dining room is open to 9:00. Rugs are rolled up, bread is bagged up, lights are shut down, employees are mopping and telling me they no longer have soup or Mac and cheese. Workers are rude and they try to charge me extra for bread because they state they need to put it in a bread bowl because they’re out of baguettes, even though there is literally bags of bread all bagged up for trash right in front of me. I inquire further only to find out, they’re not out of baguettes, they just already bagged them for the trash. Overpriced and rude service. You’re open to 9:00, you close down at 9:00, you don’t get to close 30 min early to go home. We all want to go home early from work but guess what, that’s not how it works."

"It did not taste right but $20 ibwas gonna eat my meal hoping for th3 best. However, I threw it all up 30 minutes later, confirmed every other possibility.. no way those ingredients are fresh. My doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning the same day."

"Love Panera. Am a drink club member so I can to stop at anyone along the way. I been to this one a few times. Easy to get to and have a back entrance off Main. Decent parking. They seem to keep busy. Never really an issue with the food. If you ask them to add or take off something on the food they get mad. They say just this one time. Like they really going out of thier way. Wanted garlic creme sause ( yummy) on my margarita cheese pizza. The manager gave me a hard time yet it comes on the chicken pizza. They threw a fit. Never get to really interact with staff as they are too busy. Workers breakroom is the lobby so their always hanging around together. Place always has dirty, floors tables and dishes get stacked up. The one bench next to meet was full of trash when I got thier and 30 minutes later as I was leaving still was like that. Lots of dirt on the floors and under the tables. See pics. Place seems more like a McDonalds with service. My favorite location is Munster. They are nice, greet you most of the time, place is most always getting cleaned, will do minor substutions on food like sauses on your pizza, food is very quick and even Ken the manger been known to say hi to the guests. Never one here asked how my food was or a hi."

"I spent $8.19 on a teeny little salad that had brown lettuce. This was not late hours either, this was right at 4:30, prior to dinner time. It should’ve been fresh. For eight dollars, this is absolutely ridiculous. I keep trying to get a Panera a chance, but places like a mccallisters just give you your money’s worth and fresh food. Get it together, Panera!"
