"We were stuck on the side of the road on a short week just after July 4th and our Jeep Wrangler wouldn’t start. We were towed to Rick’s and I know it wasn’t on his list that day to work on a vehicle last minute before closing. We had to leave our campsite the next day and had kids and a camper it was going to be impossible to make it all work out without all the help from Rick. They diagnosed the issue quickly and installed a new alternator. They tested the battery to make sure it wasn’t needing changed and changed out some battery connections. I would highly recommend Ricks Auto Service. If I was ever in Rockville again I would use them for any service."

"Took my truck to Rick’s they fix the original problem, received a phone message saying my truck was ready to pick up. In the process of fixing the original problem they broke something else,and didn’t called to see if I wanted if fixed or, didn’t even tell me when I went inside to pay. I found out when I start it up to leave. When asked they replied well now you need a new EGR pipe or a ehaust manifold. I will NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE"
