"My husband and I ordered a part at the beginning of April, they said the part would be in by Wednesday (We ordered it late Sunday so I figured it would be a few days). Wednesday came, they did have the part! We went to pick up the part and it was the wrong one! So we let him know and he was nice to cover the extra fees of the part because of the mix up...he also said the truck will be there 8AM the next day so my husband went up there...nothing. Then he called a few days later...NOTHING. He said the truck did not show up yet he would call us when it did! So we waited until end of APRIL and just went there today. The part was there...no call! To look in the box and see ONCE AGAIN it was the wrong part ordered!! So my husband asked for a refund to order it somewhere else...you would think the money he put down they would give him a FULL REFUND because of the trouble and waiting for A MONTH and wasting gas going there multiple times but nope! I would never go with this company ever again ESPECIALLY at this location!! You have one job to do and they cannot order a part obviously!"
