"Customer service was terrible, didn't get the staff names but they were talking to each other about something not work related, she asks me if I want my sandwich toasted I said no, her other conversation was so important she toasted it anyway, then gets mad at when I said something about it. This location is horrible, I'll take my money to Jimmy John's."

"This review did not come easy. I tried to give this restaurant several chances to get it right, but maybe making sandwiches is more difficult than I’ll ever understand, because, I swear, they just can’t get it right and don’t ask for a manager. That person does not exist. We ordered a mobile order. It was prepared late. The sandwiches were thrown-together and inedible. AND we tipped the associate through the app. We won’t be coming back."

"We waited for maybe 10 minutes while the girls goofed off talking about boys and partying. There was 3 girls and 2 were making only 6 sandwiches, Nobody said hello or welcome or even a "we will be right with you" it took us getting upset and walking out for a girl to rudely say have a great day! I will NEVER go back to this location! I worked for subway and yes mobile orders are important but you greet customers as they come in and if there is 2 of you you can take orders still."

"I usually go to this location quite often. Given the location you would expect people to be working there that actually like their job slightly. Anyway, last night I went in at 8:15 pm on Labor Day. The door was open and the food was all out. A woman behind the counter yelled we're closing early for Labor Day with a horrible attitude. I informed her that your door is open and you're open until 10pm. She rudely said okay I guess I'll make your sandwich. What do you want? I politely proceeded with my order as she talked to another girl about some guy that had just called for her. I understand people have personal lives but come on. This place hasn't had descent workers in a long time. Please hire people that enjoy their job. I definitely will not go back to this location until they do. Meal subscriptions are a very good alternative these days. I recommend trying HelloFresh. Way better food and you don't have to deal with impolite people."
