Starbucks

"The blueberry scones were delicious. Coffee was not quite hot enough, so staff made a fresh pot. Gave us money on our gift card for the inconvenience. Didn't expect that! Manager sat and chatted with us for quite awhile and she was very customer friendly! This Starbucks has more square footage than any we'd ever been in. My only minor complaint would be that the music was too loud for our liking, but we're old folks. Will definitely go back often."

"Service was amazing!! Staff was very friendly and polite. My order was made right and was delicious, and the employee helped me figure out what to order and even offered to remake it if I didn’t like her suggestion! Staff was also quick despite being somewhat busy and not having very many people on the floor."

"I ordered just a simple caramel latte hot and it didn’t hardly have any flavor at all. It had a watered down taste at most. I also ordered an iced latte with caramel and white mocha and got regular mocha. There is a big difference between white mocha and regular mocha. So I pretty much wasted my money today. I know it’s still new but I hope it gets better!"

"I know it is a new store and all but it looks like it was built backwards. While sitting on the patio you face a worn down lot. Same thing for when sitting inside. Poor planning on this one. Also, I ordered a Vanilla latte Warm. I received a latte at normal temp. Employees need more training on the meaning of warm on a drink since Corporate don't know how to put temperatures in the app. Also, there were 2 customers inside and all the spots closest to building were taken by employees. Poor management when the first open is a bad sign."
