"Place was dirty, rude and unprofessional customer service, had to wait 25 minutes for a 12 piece, but gave me a small box, essentially giving me the wrong order, I couldn’t had checked because Apple Pay has delays when charges pop-up. Had to wait 45 minutes to get my order fixed, most of the time I come here they don’t even have chicken sandwiches, and the customer service was beyond unprofessional, they’re all lazy, and rude, they never smile, and always appear mad, but the other employees always seems to be fooling around, 2 employees, for the ENTIRE duration of my stay, up until I was about to leave wasn’t even present and was outside laughing and messing around, or just sitting in their car and doing nothing, 1 was even sagging, and the other one wasn’t even doing anything after they came in (we should blame minimum wage for that) The food was mediocre to great, no matter how lazy or rude the employees seemed to be, the food was always fresh, and good tasting."

"This food is really good. Fire! The line can be long or take a long time to get your food, but it is always good. I highly recommend going here for hot chicken and mashed potatoes."

"Where do I even start? I thought this location might of changed from a year ago. This Popeye’s never has chicken tenders or nuggets. Has anyone got chicken tenders or nuggets from this location? You are very lucky if you do. Today, when I went through the drive thru, I thought the worker was on her death bed. I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and mumbling the whole time. I asked for chicken tenders and I was very surprised that she told me there was none, NOT. I ordered a large fry, but when I got home it looked like someone had ate 50% of it already. This place should be shut down already."

"Stopped there twice in last 2 years. Both times regretted it. Both times cost me over $30. Even my cat wouldn't touch it. Is that supposed to be mac n cheese she said lol. Hoping they close this location because the area needs something else there like a Arby's or something!"

"My food today was hot, fresh, and tasty.. it’s hit or miss when you go sometimes. I also had a pleasant experience in the drive thru. About a 10 minute wait but that didn’t bother me. They did however forget to put my strawberry biscuit in the bag so I took 1 star off. I should’ve checked but I didn’t think they’d forget because she repeated everything back to me. It’s not worth driving back for though so it is what it is."
