Starbucks

"I usually come here and always get drinks for my coworkers before work. I live in Hobart and work in Lowell, so this is the perfect one to stop at. About 4 other times I have done this, ordering 4-6 drinks each time, I've asked for the white tape that goes over the holes to prevent spillage. Each of the girls I've asked have been extremely accommodating and have given it to me, no questions asked nor attitude given! No one wants to spill drinks in their car! :) Today, I asked the man working the counter for it and he told me no, that he had to save it for 'to-go' orders. I'm thinking he meant DoorDash, but regardless-- I think they could've spared 1" of white tape for my 4 TO GO drinks. I won't give them a bad rating though because of 1 guy and 1 instance. Usually pretty fast and nice. I sure hope they share the damn tape in the future though... otherwise I guess I'll have to start stocking my car with duct tape? HAHA"

"Non-coffee drinks are ok, the rest are as bad as ever. Dining area is very open and loud, even when nearly empty. Let's face it, Starbucks is a love hate kind of place, I do not love it. Staff was pleasant, but slow."

"This is my second time to this store. My first experience was great but my second experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered my usual pink drink with liquid cane. When I got to the front I asked the person who made the drink how many pumps he put into the drink and he says 3 none full pumps , he said he didnt put a full pump because the drink is already sweet. I asked him to put more and he proceeded to tell me he’s not able to put anymore and that he was sorry. He was very nice about it but why would you charge me for something and not give me what I want. I asked him for a receipt and he went and got someone else and for some reason she told me she couldn’t give me a receipt and was extremely rude about it so I asked her why was she rude about me asking for a receipt she then corrected her rudeness and asked me if I wanted to screenshot the screen instead of handing me my physical receipt. That experience was really weird and absolutely absurd to tell somebody that you can’t put something in the drink that you pay for and that you can’t have a receipt. I will be speaking to a manager and calling corporate tomorrow"

"The individuals working here are very nice but I was disappointed in the drink. There is more ice and foam than liquid. The drink is half empty, and there is a nasty black substance under the lid, and on the rim of the cup so I did not drink it. Not thrilled, but past experiences have been fine."

"Getting coffee is the first thing start our day , how sad and terrible when I ordered a venti cup just to have more drink but they only fill my drink with full of ice . Recently their new Employees are so unprofessional. I got upset so many times so yesterday i asked them i dont want so much ice . The first picture is what they gave me . Today i got a my drink different location the second picture. This is what we expect when we get a drink it's supposed to be full but not only see ice or took all the ice out . The employee told me that i need to add more oat milk to have a normal drink this is insane"
